1. Booking & Room Assignments

• All double bookings will require double occupancy; single occupancy is not permitted.
• Triple & Quadruple Occupancy Rooms:
• Each booking requires at least two adult-priced passengers.
• A discounted child rate is available for the 3rd and 4th occupants.
• Triple rooms include three beds; quadruple rooms include four beds.
• Infant Policy:
• Infants under the age of 2 at the time of the cruise (October 26 – November 2, 2025) are only required to pay taxes and fees (estimated at $200, subject to final confirmation).
• The child must be under 2 years old as of the cruise dates to qualify for the infant rate.
• Room Assignments:
• Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once assigned, no roommate changes will be allowed.
• No upgrades or changes to room types will be permitted after assignments are finalized.

2. Payment & Cancellation

• Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations or emergencies.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the conference hosts will not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to airfare, travel arrangements, or accommodation costs.

3. Conference Attendance

• All participants must be registered attendees of the conference.
• Conference fees and cruise bookings are bundled and cannot be separated.
• Attendance at scheduled conference sessions and events is strongly encouraged.

4. Travel Requirements

• Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the cruise end date.
• Attendees are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or travel authorizations (Multi-visa required).
• The cruise line's health and safety policies must be followed at all times.

5. Conduct & Compliance

• Participants must adhere to all cruise line policies and conference guidelines.
• Any misconduct or violation of rules may result in removal from the cruise without a refund.
• The conference organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• The conference organizers and cruise line are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal losses.
• Participants assume full responsibility for their travel and participation.
• Policies are subject to change, and attendees will be notified of any updates.
